PANTHA KARATE CLUB - Home
 -

Karate means empty hand. Children are taught how to punch, kick and block. Both physical and mental discipline is needed. From the age of five, children learn the basic moves, concentration, right attitude and etiquette of Karate. It is stressed to all students that karate is for self defence only. By learning karate, children may be able to improve reaction time, develop an awareness of their own power and gain confidence in themselves to act in potentially dangerous situations.
